Kbis Horse Insurance

I have asked for a online insurance quote from KBIS has anyone ever heard off them, if you use this company to insure your horse with what are they like??. Or should I keep well away.

I have had my horse insured with KBIS for the last 4 years but fortunately have never had to claim (touch wood!)
My friend had a new horse insured with them, but it had an accident in the first 14 days of the policy, which is normally excluded but because it was an accidental injury KBIS paid out. They didn't quibble over a penny and paid the vets direct. I'd say that was pretty good

I'm insured with NFU but I know people who are insured with KBIS...top quality insurer you should have no problems with them at all.

My vet recommends KBIS as being excellent payers....always been fb when Ive had any enquiries, and even another insurance company recommended them to me as being a good group of people!

We're hoping to insure with them too. SEIB declined to insure our new horse because of a few things on the vets report, but he's recommended KBIS so fingers crossed.

I found KBIS very good at paying out for a huge vet bill, death, and disposal of the body. They were very helpful and efficient.

However, I have insured Bel with NFU as not only do I hear equally wonderful things about them, but they were also considerably cheaper.

I would suggest getting a quote from both

I've been with KBIS for about ten years and they have always been excellent; can't fault them and they are all horse people so know what you're talking about and are very quick to settle.

My horse and my horsebox is insured with them. Ive never claimed so cant comment on that but I only went with them because it was reccomended on here

We have Beano insured with them, they have a good reputation and are competitive.

I was with them for a bit, but never claimed. Never had any problems not like when I was with E & ******. NFU are the best I think.

My boy is insured with them, they are always very helpful and he has had a claim on it for his joint problem. I got several quotes when I bought him but decided to stay with them as he was already insured with them and they were cheaper than NFU

i've been with them for last 6yrs - they've paid about £5000 of claims for me with absolutely no problems - they're incredibly quick at paying out.
