Am looking for new insurance for ponio, best value quote so far has come from KBIS, does anyone have any experience of using them, good or bad?

Use them for hosebox and horse insurance. Fantastic people to deal with, and one of two insurance companies my vet recommends for quick payouts!!

thy were lovely on the phone - when i phoned up all concerned that my boy may need an operation. Highyl recommended. i had only been insured with them about three weeks when my boy knackered the ligaments in his stifle!

Yes, totally brilliant - paid up no quibbles for a bill of over £1800 and no flipping diagnosis after all that. They benefit though as new, undamaged pony is now insured with them without me bothering to get quotes elsewhere because they were so damn good.
Oh and they or someone who works for them reads this forum too as the fact that they had 100% positive recommendations on here is in their latest advertising leaflet. As I said I recommend them totally and am insured with them, but do not think that the HHO 100% recommendation is worth the paper it is written on as admin are so touchy about people being even vaguely negative about things (re defamation) so no-one would write anything bad anyway IMO...though that doesn't alter the fact that they were exceptionally good with me and did not bung on random exclusions even after I claimed.

I have my horse and my horsebox with them. I have never had to claim but they are lovely to deal with on the phone.

Highly recommended. The office staff are sympathetic and knowledgeable, which is a big bonus.
