I'm with them as they quoted comparatively and got good reviews when I posted a similar post on here a while ago so hopefully some people who will be able to give more info on their experiences / dealings with them in a claim situation

Not had to claim yet, but have seen and heard good things on this and other forums. I always find them helpful when ever I have had to contact them

I had a very large vets bill claim and they paid out without question.

I think the best recommendation is that our vet was happy to treat and bill them. They received payment within about 3 days.

I know with some companies the vets make you pay as they dont trust them to pay up.

Amazing I had my mare with them less than a fortnight when she blew her tendon and they paid out without question.

They are excellent and unfortunately I've had reason to test them to the limit with my very injury and accident ridden horses.

Claimed twice and they have beem fab, no quibbles and paid the vets direct which is useful. Have just insured lorry through them too, very good price. Definite happy customer here

Have 9 insured with them....min value but vet fees. Have claimed about 12k in the last few yrs with no quibble at all. Highly recommended.

They are great.. I claimed twice in the space of 4 weeks and they paid out straight away as soon as they got the paperwork they needed they paid out and it was all pretty straight forward. Cant recommend them enough!

loads of claims with them as I seam to have the worlds worst luck with my horses. They are fab about to put another one through!! could not recommend anyone else they are fabulous
