KBIS Insurance

I am with them. Not claimed yet but called them Friday to say I would be. They sent form out straight away and said happy to deal directly with the Vets. So far so good.
 
Excellent. Been with them 7 years now and would not change. Had to make a large claim for a fractured leg and they paid my vet direct within 24 hours
 
There're fab wouldn't insure with anyone else, made 3 big claims within a year, and they paid out very quickly and straight to my vets, were very helpful whenever I phoned them.
 
I'll be renewing again as I have claims running, but their service is excellent and wouldn't swap unless someone could offer the same for a lot less!
 
Very good and I would recommend them. Only had a problem with my last mare when she was PTS - I had her insured for third party liability, death, theft and straying, but because I had her PTS because of a pre-existing condition (over 12 months) they wouldn't pay for death or disposal. I also didn't get her final value paid out (not a major issue as she was only insured for the minimum £250).

BUT with everything else, they have been superb.
 
I changed to them from NFU last year when NFU's premiums went balistic. I had a renewal from Kbis this year & there were several exclusions on the policy which rendered one hind leg virtually uninsured.

I spoke to Kbis & informed them that the exclusions were not relevent as the one previous injury wasn't serious & was all healed up & the other injury refered to I had no knowledge of. I sent them a clinical printout from my vets & they have removed the exclusions. I couldn't ask for fairer than that.

To date I'm pleased with them however I have not had to claim yet. :)
