KBIS or SEIB?

Hiya, Just wondering if you all could refresh my memory as to which one of these has/had a bad reputation?
I remember several posts about one of them being really tricky to deal with and rejecting claims etc, Im sure?
Just want to make sure I steer clear of the dodgy one

I thought it was E&L that were a pain in the backside to deal with. Our lorry is insured with KBIS and had no problems.

Aha... you could be right!! I knew it had only initials in it though... E&L deffo rings a bell.

I've had mine insured with SEIB for years and years now and they've always been most excellent if i've ever had to make a claim!

SEIB are brilliant! Couldn't fault them.

Can't fault KBIS either, used them for years and wouldn't change for anything.

Thanks everyone... I am confident that E&L were the culprits of a lot of bad press, glad to hear good things about the others.
I am doing the rounds after my premiums seem to have rocketed for no good reason with NFU!
