Im with them and my girl had bruising just below the elbow due to her curling her front hoof round when she lies down, caused a lump to come up, they paid up straight away, girls are always pleasant and helpful.

They were good with me for my last horse. Though when it came to insuring my new hores, they were very unwilling to discuss the terms and quite expensive, so I have now changed.

Good with claims though.

I am just about to claim for my mare she is having x-rays so will see how good they are very nice on the phone and sent the claim form with no problem.

we have Ulrich insured with them who has just had £7k worht of stuff done and they paid out their bit no problem
