All fingers and toes crossed today that the Pre - Trial goes the right way.Its only on way that it should go but that decision is not ours to make,we are so many of us that have worked so hard for this cause,the rescue centres that have worked around the clock to nurse them back to health,from horses/donkeys collapsing off the horse boxes the day they arrived at the centres that sad day in January to semi healthy animals running around the field....These beautiful horses deserves to continue living the life they have for the rest of their lives with little girls and boys to love them

As i mentioned in an another thread that i am done posting/quoting about/regarding/involving certain people...but today is a big day for a case that i feel very stronlgy about

Pre-trial is not a decision making process in terms of resolving the case.

It's about how the trial will proceed, setting a date for the trial to commence, both parties legal teams being in agreement with how the trial will proceed etc....

There is a long, long way to go yet.

Oh my of course it is a long long way to go and i am aware of that but today is the first step
 
Hi PW the pre-trial review for the RSPCA v Gray case today has been postponed. New date is 10am on Tuesday 13 May 2008 at Banbury Magistrates Court.

this was old news for me as i'd heard through the grapevine late Friday evening that this case was deferred...

Well I didn't think there was anything wrong with mine either. I simply made a joke asking Paddywhack if he was Chrissy, Nick or both, brought up from a previous post. I assumed they were girls names, but PW assumed they were male names and that s/he was not a man but indeed a woman. I was larking around and PW seemed happy to banter on too. I certainly didn't say anything in the slightest bit mean, so I don't understand why my posts have gone also?

Me too.

But this isn't the first time a certain individual has been caught and then complained to admin.
 
Correct me if I'm wrong; on thinking about this, I remember the other post, which also mentioned PW being Chrissy and Nick, was pulled too?? It's just going round in my mind that the threads which mentioned these 2 names were deleted, and yet there was no nastiness involved whatsoever in those posts either.

Do you think there might be a link?

To be quite honest i took no offence with Nick/Chrissy so there cant be any reason for them to be deleted,what i understand it was a joke from Tia which she also did mentionand i cant remember other posts about Nick?Chrissy..but then again my brain is a bit soggy at the moment
