Keith Whitehouse - Fox saddlers??

HELP!

I am at my wits end looking for a saddle for a high withered huge shouldered Id x TB.
WOW reccomended Keith Whitehouse at Fox saddlery. I called him and he seemed nice and helpful (They all do on the phone!) Just wondering if anyone has an any experiences with him good or bad??

He is my saddler and I find him excellent. Fitted an albion k2 to my high withered thoroughbred and has refitted it to my new horse.

He is a nice guy, but not had him fit a saddle for years, no particular reason, he is helpful

I had him out to fit a saddle a few years ago, didn't end up buying a saddle from him but wasn't pushy at all and didn't charge anything to come out. But my friend and I visited the shop a couple of months ago, lovely shop but shop assistants were too busy chatting and texting on their phones to help us so we both left without purchasing, not very professional in my opinion.
