what would be your top 5 priorities that you look for when sending your dogs to a kennels whilst you are away?

loads in our area - yet so very different in the way they are run.

2-Amount of walkies
3-Can provide routine closest to your dogs normal routine
4-Staff personality
5-Rules on other dogs vaccs etc

Clean, happy looking dogs, airy and light kennels, insulated or heated, disinfected every day e.t.c

I have neer left my dogs in kennels....if I did.....security and hygiene would be my priority.
I would want to be certain...my dogs could not escape and they where not sitting in squaller and they had sensible experienced staff.
