I am selling a 17.5” Kent and Masters GP saddle with an adjustable gullet however whilst photographing it I noticed the stamp says DGP on it and I am unsure what the D stands for, can anyone help? Thank you :)

It looks like an Original gp. No idea about the D.... You could always phone k&m?
I bought the saddle about a year and a half ago and it was fairly new when I bought it - less than a year old. I tried phoning them a couple of hours ago but I think the lines are closed until tomorrow so I’ll try again tomorrow and keep you updated 😊

The D could refer to flaps or panels being deep. Guess we'll find out.
Phoned Kent and Masters, apparently the DGP stands for Dutch GP which is the earlier stamp for flatback GP saddles. Basically it’s just an earlier version of the cob style flatback GP saddle :) I didn’t actually know it was cob style saddle when I bought it - I’ve been using it on a TB!

LOL!.. If it fitted what does it matter.
Thenks for letting me know. I've never heard of a Dutch gp.
