Kent Hunts

Hi

Does anyone here hunt within Kent? Looking to take mine out hunting, but unsure which hunt to go with. Or does anyone hunt within multiple hunts?

Which area of Kent? Foxhounds or Bloodhounds?

I’ve since moved away but have hunted a lot in that area when I still lived at home.

I usually went out with either Ashford Valley Tickham, or Coakham Bloodhounds. But have been with others too.

Mid Kent on the Medway/Maidstone border, so easy to get to on M2 or M20.

You’ve got a lot of choice that way. Ashford Valley would probably be your local foxhound pack. And Coakham do a lot of meets that way on I think. Both very friendly packs, and it’s the right time to start because it will all be a bit more slower paced until the main season kicks off.
