Kent people, have you heard of Oscar?

I'm looking on behalf of a friend for her first pony, Oscar. He was sold to a retirement home a few years ago and it has recently come to light that he was for sale AGAIN from a riding school .

He's VERY distinguishable, he's a 13.2hh Appaloosa, 20 years old and from the Medway area originally. Any information would be great.
