Kentucky 5*

4* dressage is delayed by bad weather. Not quite sure how long for as apparently the bad weather is forecast to last most of the day!
 
Number of Kentucky posts in the Badminton thread.

4* dressage starts 1pm our time but appears delayed; 5* starts 6pm our time (1pm there)
 
Wasn't expecting mid 30s from that combo, but tomorrow's another day I guess. Is there a course walk anywhere?
 
Does anyone know if there is a way to watch this without clipmyhorse? It's so bloody expensive 😫 I wouldn't mind paying £20 or so to watch the kentucky XC but not £200 for the year. I tried via USEF but it just takes me back to clip my horse

You can watch it free via USEF through CMH if that makes sense? Log in to your USEF account, and go from there (use the same log in and it should work)

You can only watch it live, rather than watch it back, but you definitely should be able to via your USEF account.

- Log into your USEF account direct
- Once logged into USEF, try this link for the xc tomorrow https://www.clipmyhorse.tv/en_US/usef
- Live xc will appear bottom left, click on it and it'll likely ask you to log in - use your USEF log in & password
 
I too would love to be able to pay CMH for just Kentucky, rather than the whole year. XC starts at 1:30AM Perth time and I’m trialling tomorrow so won’t be doing that :/
Sounds like the weather is being very wet.. hopefully everyone gets around safely XC

I do think CMH are missing a trick here, in addition to their annual subscriptions I think an option to be able to buy coverage for individual events would be great.

I have a free USEF account and have tried this link, and I'm in a perpetual cycle of "link your USEF account" and then "..." Screenshot 2025-04-26 at 14.57.17.png

Yes I really agree with you - or even the option to pay for the eventing-only coverage for the year etc. They've got masses of SJ coverage which I'm not all that interested in.
 
I am working today as I have a project going (hopefully) live this weekend so I am watching Kentucky in the quieter times. Thanks to Northern Hare's advice I set up a USEF account as a fan and that has worked for me. I am watching on my PC rather than via the app.

Some interesting riding in the 4* xc
