Does anyone have any unbiased safety information regarding KEP hats? Do they conform to all the latest BETA safety requirements?
Many thanks.

I do not know what safety standards KEP hats currently hold, but if anyone is considering buying a KEP helmet do read through this thread first.

https://forums.horseandhound.co.uk/threads/warning-kep-riding-hat-safety-please-open.703085/

And read that thread in the light of the fact that the safest hats are now MIPS hats, which stands for Multiple Impact Protection System, whereas according to that thread, KEP think that their hats falling apart on one impact is a safety feature.

Check out the appalling customer service, too!

Sadly I think you could find a similar story for every hat manufacturer.

No but a hat failing in a major impact situation.

Do you mean breaking? Because "breaking" is not the same as "failing", there is only so much impact any hat can take (too strong and your brain just smacks the inside of your skull). There's only one hat manufacturer whose product I'd describe as failing, and that's KEP.
