On behalf of my friend who fostered this poor little girl, only intended to be short term but she still has her and is struggling to cope as she works full time.

This is her story, please PM me if you know anyone who might be suitable
Suki is an 8 year old Kerry Blue Terrier who was rescued 9 months ago from horrendous conditions with a massive, badly infected hole in her side. She is now fully recovered physically but is looking for a very experienced home as she is aggressive towards other dogs. Suki is a lovely dog to own, she is intelligent, loves attention, is obedient and thrives on clicker training and learning agility. She cannot be walked in areas with a lot of dogs as it stresses her out, I am lucky that I have access to private land with a lot of fields, so a similar home would be ideal. She needs someone who is at home for a lot of the day, but can be left for periods, just not too long - I work full time and this length does not suit her. Whilst aggressive towards other dogs she does get on well with my dog who is male and submissive, so living with another male dog is not entirely out of the question, but she would be much better off as the only dog. She is great around horses, livestock and poultry but cannot live with cats or small furry animals! We are in the Yorkshire area and wouldn't want to rehome too far from there. Despite her issues, Suki has so much love to give and really does deserve a forever home. Please get in touch if interested or you know anyone that may be. Thanks x
