Would there really be around 400 horses at a clinic or event? The planning permission specifically mentions that number of stables so they either must have been built and then need PP or there are plans for them.

I'm just trying to imagine the sort of event that has that many horses staying over. It would be huge!

All the national showing champs regularly had far more than that stabled at the finals. NPS, BSPS etc etc in yrs gone by, but many were temporary stables.
You can get very lost at the likes of the Sunshine Tour in Spain, vast amounts of stables there, almost 1000 permanent ones.

The 400 temps in question are going to Spain so rumour has it.
I'd rather put my horse in a permanent one over a temporary any day, if keysoe built 400 that would be amazing from a animal welfare prospective.

The way it reads to me, she can’t stand ignorant people but loves nice people and can’t do enough for them.

Surely she's allowed to defend herself, keysoe and anyone else related to her?. If these negative/ racist/ nasty comments werent on here, then there wouldnt be anything to reply to.

I’m sure a successful business woman wouldn’t conduct themselves so poorly, even if they were frustrated by some comments.

Of course she can defend herself. I guess, in my opinion, there are ways of going about it that aren’t quite as abrasive.
I’m sure she’s well aware that people speculate, that things are posted online that aren’t always quite true. This thread would have died quietly if she had not responded the way she did. But I guess there is no such thing as bad publicity!

There is defending, but also a huge amount of alienating of possible current and prospective clients.
Do you 2 work as a double act?

The acavallo sport boot as opposed to the other model of boots there is. I have a showjumper that's barefoot which I hack alot, my others arent barefoot so I wanted reviews if the sport boot would be better for her than the trek (weight etc) .... I have competed this horse at keysoe, I was intrigued as it was at the top of the list. Mind blowing how people think they are entitled to give opinions on what should or shouldn't happen there.

So you have to ignore the racist and nasty comments so you keep/gain clients?. This is what's wrong with the world we live in.
I don't know her, I just looked online like everyone else, and i hate bullying.

Oh, I think my search isn't working properly then, as it's suggesting there's no other mention of those boots on the forum except in your post. Probably a bug with my cookies or something.

Anyway, do let me know how you get on with them, I'd love to know :)

There are c250 livery boxes at Somerford Park and an additional 80, I think, permanent hire-by-the-day stables on the camp/competition field and for big events another 40?60?80? temporary stables are erected.

I’m absolutely baffled reading this, as I always am when reading the negatives that are spewed all over about Sarah…. What baffles me the most is I can guarantee that most if not all of them have infact never even met her! As if they had they would realise what a wonderful person she is! I speak from experience! We have personally known Sarah for over a year now and in that year Sarah has been quite literally a fairy godmother to my disabled son who recently received cancer treatment making many of his dreams a reality!! She sent him to the RDA nationals in one of the Keysoe international horseboxes with his pony with a huge send off celebration making him feel like royalty!!! She’s paid a huge chunk of money for one of his wonderful para dressage ponies!! She’s let him train at Keysoe with both of his ponies free of charge!! And she’s about to take him and I to watch the dressage at the Olympics in Paris for the whole weekend!! His first trip out of the country since finishing cancer treatment! He is not the only person she helps, there are so so many like him yet people get hung up that she bought a competition centre for her and her families personal use so they can’t compete there anymore… I mean how entitled are you people?!

For someone who doesn't know her you seem to be a mine of detailed information about her. Lucky for her you happened to pop into the forum today and stumbled across this thread to put up such robust support of her. No we don't like bullying on here either, so probably why she appears to have received quite a negative back lash with her quite nasty and patronising posts.

I googled online forums to do my search on there. I didn't put the boots in the search bar and it sent me to the forum 🤣 just online forums generally.
If you put the boots in the Google search bar mostly for sale comes up.

This keysoe international thread was at the top at the time. I didnt think that was hard to understand
