My girl and I need some famous HHO Vibes...
She got herself kicked just below her front right knee overnight :( There is a cut which is not too deep thank god, but a lot of swelling around the joint. She is putting weight on it and does not appear to be lame in walk and is still quite perky, eating and drinking well (kept trying to drink from the hose when I was cold hosing it, doofus that she is :))
Fingers crossed she will be improved tomorrow, vet will be out if the swelling is still there. My YO said I should keep her turned out as putting her on box rest would just exacerbate the swelling. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

vibes, vibes, vibes, hope she gets well soon!!!!!!

Hoping you have a good outcome. My tb has a swollen knee from a kick- its a fluid lump right over his knee, doesn't cause any probs and no vet is concerned by it either. Its still fluid after 4 years sometimes up more than others. It will only affect if shown. So even if it doesn't go down just a story to say its not always end of world!
