Had a great, if cold and wet weekend. Dogs were brilliant, except for Skye trying to chase the chickens in the field next to the caravan! She did come back when called though which I was thrilled with.
Monty's team were seed 6 and came 3rd and Jess and Skye were seeded 2 and came 1st.
It was lovely to meet Getcarter, but didn't manage to find any of the others who were there.
Hope you all had a good time despite the mud today and maybe see you at Acremead in a couple of weeks.

Lol...did you get stuck in the mud?

I did have fun, cold fun but fun non the less. Warwickshire Wildcards came third and the Whirlwinds came first.
Don't think I'll be at Acremead until May now though but will let you know for sure and hopefully we can have a proper chat!

I did see the loose chickens and thought they had a deathwish...

I attended absolutely lived it despite the mud! Water Orton wonder dogs kindly gave me a space on their starter team

I was just glad i was only there a couple of hours with that weather!!!!

I was there sunday and monday (first time camping with dog went very well apart from when he decided to bark at the rain during the night).
He had a bit of a wobble on Sunday morning when he lost confidence and started running out, but he was great for the last 2 races. Then yesterday he was supposed to be in the multi-breed team but really wasn't happy in the mud so we pulled him out The team did really well though and Sprocket got some more competition experience and at least I know I can share a tent with Sprocket without too much trouble

We were at Carlton Towers, the mud and racing lanes were horrendous but we did have fun!
So glad to get home last night and have a bath though LOL!
Sad to say Carlton will no longer be a venue, we like the Game Fair bit as extra to the competition :-(
Oh and we managed two 1sts, a 2nd and 2 last places ooops!!
PS Goya, we have changed teams since I met you at Gap Farm ;-)
