My mum has been offered a job here and just wondering what its like and the area in general, horsey wise?

Excellent. It runs lots of aff dressage/show jumping competitions, and I've watched lots of clinic etc and the standard of teaching is fab.
I used to live Somerset/Dorset border and a lot of people from my old yard used to go there for competitions as it is definitely the best in the area. It's a pretty horsey area as well.
