How do I find a good quality palomino Kinsky horse for dressage? I remember last year the farm closed in the UK. Is the state stud sill working in CZ? Or does anybody know of other reputable breeders in CZ? * *Any suggestions or advice any posters have is welcomed.*:rolleyes:
 
Sorry I can't be much help here, but I think the stud in the uk is still running, they changed locations to Halstead, or that is what I've been told. I've got a horse who was imported from the CZ by the stud, he's not papered or reg. with Kinsky Stud book and has the normal Pet I.D passport, I dont think many or even any bred by the stud are reg with them. My chap certainly has kinsky in him and he is a lovely boy, bit 'cut and shut' looking with his conformation but I'm hoping that will come better as he matures being only 4 and once he's broken and worked!!

Thanks! Would love 2 c pics of your boy! U can PM them 2 me if u prefer. How is his temperament? What size do u think he will b? What did buy him for? If u get further info if stud is still working please let me know:)
 
As far as I know the stud is still in Europe.

The UK Stud was linked to them but that was severed a while back due to various issues i believe.

My old mare was from the main European Stud and was fully pink papered and branded. :)

I would love another pure bred again but they are like finding hens teeth so if anyone knows of a nice palomino gelding 16hh plus let me know :):D
 
They get them & they sell very quickly. The lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable & they have a good reputation.
 
There was a kinsky stud just up the road from my yard. My friend has a 4yr old mare from them and his partner has a 18month old palomino from them too that he got stupidly cheap because they were getting rid of all their stock due to be closing. I heard a week ago they still had a few youngsters and yearlings looking to go quickly. My friends two mares are gorgeous and have beautiful temperaments. I can ask for you if you like?
