kitten hunt...

That's right - the grey is called Floss because Hanoonah is a bit of a mouthful. Her breeder's young son named her that (well - Candyfloss) because she was pink when she was younger.

:)

Well, we had a Candy, but she died in an RTA - the children named them. Floss is a little feminine, but it suits him, ;). He's also known as 'The Boss'. :)

My grey cat may look posh, but he's the biggest killer around. I also have two wonderful black cats (brothers, who were free and I got when they were 6 weeks old). Good luck with your search OP. :)

What kind of posh grey cat is yours? He's not siamese is he? He's got a different shaped face, I think. He's beautiful - as are the black boys.

It gets spookier... Floss is often called Floss-Boss because she loves nothing more than bossing the poor little gelding around. The silly sod lets her.

He's the poshest moggie I've ever had!! Half Siamese, half Rag doll - has the best of both breeds. The intelligence of a Siamese, but the soppiness of the Rag Doll - not sure if all those crosses are like him, but he is quite unique. We moved twice within a year and within 24 hours in a new place he sussed out where home was. He also travels much happier without being in a cage in the car. He's the sort of cat we could take away in a caravan on holiday for weeks on end and he wouldn't care - we just don't have a caravan. :)

How about these :) my two girls were supposed to be neutered.. I woke up one morning to kittens being born under my bed!!

Back to OP though, have you looked on preloved? I saw loads on there last night..

*BUMP*
That's me, overcome by 'cute'. I've got a blue/cream tabby and a black kitty. I've always loved black cats and don't understand why they're overlooked!

The black one is Cleetus. He's a redneck cat, with one ear and no tail. A closet Harry Potter fan...

after a bath (he rolled in fox poo during a fight with a neighbouring intruder!)

Then we have Rosco. King of Cute! Also no tail, though. Very careless kitties (both were like that when I took them on from rescue organisations!).

Our black cats have all been the friendliest of the bunch. The ginger boy is a much more free spirit than the other two and comes and goes as he pleases. Goes missing for two weeks before returning and demading food and sleeping for days. They're all fab, but petwise the black boys are easier, much more homely and much more affectionate.

Frodo- It was a posed picture! He's not normally found slumped with a bottle of scotch!

Merlin- Frodo's brother having his first riding lesson. (Please excuse the state of my boy - curse of a grey on clay in winter!)

Herman and Mervin- we lost Mervin ( the black) before we moved house- he was killed by a car. They were brothers and Herman's never been quite the same since, much more adrift if that makes sense?
