Knee action in an event horse

I am looking for a baby event horse. In the past all I know is TB's with varying action. I am looking at a lovely warmblood, who moves well, but has low knee action.
It is difficult to say, but it has a nice canter at a jog, and it moves and jumps well.
What do you think about low knee action?

I'd be more interested in the hind leg action to be completely honest! Does it over track in walk, does it get good elevation of the hock in trot and step under in the canter? As long as it picked up nice and cleanly in front when jumping I'd probably be getting my chequebook out if all other boxes were ticked.

What the front leg confo like?

Speaking as someone who events a gelderlander, I wouldn't worry about a bit of knee.
