Saw these people Knights Royal performing some (surprisingly violent!) jousting at Blenheim on Monday. The horses all looked in good condition and did their jobs well - remarkably calm with much yelling of crowds, being fallen off of etc, etc.
We were curious as to how the bay lost its tail though. If anyone knows the horses and wouldn't mind sharing that would be great! I know tail bandages are often the culprit but horses are pretty inventive when it comes to ways of hurting themselves...
