Konig Marcus boots - where can I get these?

Sorry to post this in CR but thought you might know best. I am trying to get hold of a pair of Konig boots with Marcus zip, and want them in brown. Anyone have any idea where I can get these? Google, and the Konig suppliers I have contacted, are not being very helpful. Thankies!

Sorry, I can't help with your question but had been meaning to post about Konig boots.

Hope you don't think I'm stealing your thread but I was wondering if anyone had seen/tried the Favorit model? They are the cheap ones in the range - do they look obviously cheap? I want a pair of dressage boots but really only have a budget of £300-350 or would I be better with Sergio's?

Well I'm trying very hard to be top of the que of the 'all the gear, no idea' clique.

But you know how it is, I liken it to dublin river boots instead of dubarry's (I have neither before anyone jumps on me!)

Ben and Jerry's - the Favourite boots look lovely, honestly you wouldn't be able to tell them apart from the Grandgesters from a distance.

Try Classic Dressage, they are very helpful and will try get whatever you need.

I have the favorits, luckily I got them just before the price hike about a year ago. My friend forked out for the grandgesters and is always saying how she prefers the look of mine. They don't look cheap at all, I think the only difference is they have a rubber foot but honestly you can't tell the difference.

Thanks guys - but nobody seems to stock them in brown and they don't answer my emails! At this rate it will be a pair of DeNiros instead as the staff is so helpful.

I just need the sale of my house to go through first so I can afford them! (I am serious - new boots will be my treat for coping with the boyfriend leaving, having to sell my home and downgrading to a 1-bed flat...)

I have the favorites and they look really smart!!

little_flea, have not seen the Marcus boots but I know the Komet's come in brown and they are stunning. My trainer has them in brown, I borrowed her's for one lesson, before immediatly saving up for some Favorits! Dressage Deluxe stock the Komets in both colors too!

I have the Komets in brown and they are very stiff - you wouldn't want to jump in them. They are my favourite boots of all time though and I love them!

I was looking around on Frogpool's site last night and remember they had quite a few Konig boots on sale, no idea what model bbut think they were 20% off.

ditto half step-i have the komets for home and grandgester for shows, and they are way too stiff to jump in!!

my friends father got some of the jumping style konigs from calevo.de so might be worth calling them(they do speak good english!)
