Korben is now 7 months old :D He is doing really well and I am very pleased with him as he races towards his first birthday :D This was him when we first got him

He has his wee bedroom that the happily sleeps in, and sometimes takes himself off to if he has had a busy day or the house is full and he wants quiet time. We are working on the jumping up on people when they come into the house (this has been our main issue with him) and he is getting there. He no longer jumps on the family but if its a work in progress with people he doesnt know or doesnt see often.

He has done well in puppy training classes and is in intermediate training now and knows all the general doggy commands - he gets some off leash time in the forrest, its well excluded and secure and there are always 2 of us to do some "run between mummy and daddy" games which he loves cause he knows he gets a treat each time.

He has been to the beach - not sure he enjoyed it though lol

He absolutely adores my children and gets upset when they get in trouble - if I yell at them he yells at me!! The kids think its hilarious.

He gets half hour walk in the morning, half hour in the afternoon with my OH and at least an hour at night - this is the only way we can avoid him running around the living room bouncing off the couches/kids/walls/pc/telly :D Its funny but Im just waiting for him to go straight out the window one of these days when he does it lol

Anyhow, pics ahoy - this is him over the last 6 months

He now stands 26" tall at his shoulder and weighs 5.5 stone. He seems to be growing by the day :D

What a dude :) Will his ears come up or is he going to be a floppy lugs? I know nothing about Mals, if they weren't up at that age in a shep I'd assume they would never come up. And then get to work with some lolly sticks and duct tape :p

Im told his ears can take up to a year to pop - and someone else mentioned that lolly sticks and dusk tape thing - I thought she was kidding lol :D

Normally he has one ear up and the other down and his ears will ping up when something gets his attention. They dont stay up though but he has a few months to go before I start worrying - I want to show him so they must pop, or its lolly sticks and tape :P
