Korsteel/sweet iron?

I'm looking for a three-ring gag bit and have seen a Korsteel one and a sweet iron one, as well as more standard materials... anyone know the effect of either of the above please?

Korsteel is a brand name. They make regular steel bits, and they do some sweet iron and copper lozenge/roller bits as well. Find them very reasonably priced and good quality traditional bits - nothing fancy shaped etc like the ns, myler or sprenger though.
