Looking at getting the above muzzle. Green Guard rubbed her raw, I dont like the bucket ones, and she cant stand the Flexible fillies one.
This or the Ferdinand looked like nice ones! Has anyone any experience with them?

I used to use Dinky muzzles but changed to the Ferdinand for DP as he was chewing through the material quickly. The Ferdinand has never rubbed him and he rarely tries to remove it. I looked at the Gently one but I’m not convinced the inside won’t rub everywhere as there are so many bits which don’t look that smooth.

I agree with HappyHollyDays the inside looks rough, we are taught as saddlers first rule horse's comfort comes first and anything against the horse MUST be shaved down and smooth. That is NOT smooth.
It's very over priced for what it is, very little hand work apart from the turns round the buckles, the rest is machined. I would not pay nearly 60 quid for that. Materials cost FAR less than that if you have the right trade suppliers.
