Going to have a look at a 3 year old by the above for eventing. I know he has thrown some good eventers but can anyone tell me any charecteristics he throws good or bad?

We have a 3yr old by him. Lovely little horse, very easy to train, completely laid back. Huge jump on him. Fantastic balance, practically loaded his self the first time. Went off to be broken on Sun and is already hacking with another horse!

How funny, my boss bought one of his sons. He was very hot headed! He came right after a few months of hard work though.

There were 2 1/2 brothers at the yard, both greys & the one out of a conni x mare was my favourite. He was nicely put together & had a great temperment, he went back because he kept tripping up & they could find no reason for it, but he was unsafe on the roads because of it. The other one was out of a TB mare & a lot sharper. He went back to his breeder because it was felt he would not make the grade as an eventer.

I met KB shortly before he died and would have loved to use him on Sienna, he was a lovely natured horse and seemed to throw well made event types.

Softly Softly is by him. Lady I used to stable with in Devon used him once or twice, they were very nice offspring, the nicest of her lot I thought, wonder if it's them you're going to see!
