KWPN Passport

I have recently brought a KWPN registered horse folaed 1999. I saw the passport at the vetting etc and all was fine. Right horse etc. But some how between vetting and pick up the passport has been miss placed - snow etc!

Is there anyway I can get a new passport issued from KWPN or a duplicute?

The horse should be microchipped which will be registered with the KWPN. You can use that to identify the horse and apply for a duplicate passport - see here

Only the KWPN can issue the replacement passport and as the vendors cannot provide you with a passport (I presume the vetting was a condition of sale and the deal was not final because of the vetting) then the cost should be paid by them or the Vet if they lost it.
