*** Full marks to Kylinx *** for sorting out the issue I had ASAP, that was caused during the delivery process by a thrid party.

Just needs a minor adjustment.
Its being sorted TOMORROW.

You very rarely get this high level of after sales service nowdays. Kylix are second to none !

Can't wait to start using my Kylix Horse Walker.

Pardon me for seeming rude, but my guess is that after the above post you got a rather hasty phonecall from said company, who promised you x,y and z if you came back online to say how wonderful the product is. Because this post is an awful lot of sucking up otherwise...

I suppose you are the sort of person who believes man did not land on the moon and everything is a conspiracy.

No there was no x and y for z , and yes man did land on the moon !

Found a problem with it and it is being sorted as I speak.

I have had problems with products from other companies for things from Laptops to Maneges and there after sales was absolute sh*t. Some of them are very well known names.

So it is a refreshing change to get a company who sorts things out quickly and values their customers.

Oh, and by the way I can't wait to use it as I have been looking to get one for a few years now.
As I am sure if you buy or get something you would also look forward to using it.
