Well kyra badly strained her sacrilliac joint about 3months ago now
vet and pysio came out yesterday and is very very happy with her,
she is swinging behind is slightly sore over her hind quaters but not rock solid like she was before,
we have to give her 5days off as she had a deep session of pysio and was sedated,
the pysio last saw her at the start of when she had done it and was stiff as a board and very lame 8/10ths lame, now she is practically sound!!, the pysio were very suprised how far she has come on and the vet and pysio have aggreed that we can RIDE her in 2weeks time!!,
, we thought at the time we would never ride her again, the pysio said there is still heat coming from the sacrialliac saying that is good to the point that it is still healing!!
We may have our stunning competition mare back again
, just taking it slow, Very very slow, but the progress in the last 3months has been amazing!!, We will just have to wait and see what will happen when we start riding her, the pysio said she will have to come out before we start riding her again and check her over,
But am relieved,
been dreading the day of when they both came out, and its been, Just taking it a day at a time!
