Does anyone know of any 'ready to go' lab puppies with all the relevant certification re hips etc within 50 miles of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk? Grandson has just been let down by some ratbag and he's very disappointed. PM me if you prefer.
Thanks in advance

Noone else has replied, so what are you after Rosiefan? Show lines or working lines? What is the pup destined to do in life? Be a pet or a working dog? What colour and what sex or aren't you bothered?

Thanks for all the replies and the pm. They wanted a black bitch for training to be a gundog and they are evidently like hen's teeth in East Anglia. They've found one now, in Wiltshire, so a round trip of 5 or 6 hours CT ;) :) Picking her up today and I can't wait to meet her!
Honey 08, crikey and KC registered, how sad.

I'd travel a lot further than 50 miles for the right pup. We drove three hours to get our first two.

We did an 8 hour round trip every other weekend from when they were born to 8 weeks when we got 2 of ours, bit crazy when you look back but worth it.

Well you have to get the right one (or so I'm told). Can you tell I don't know much about dogs - luckily you lot do :)

I know of two dog pups near Sudbury, we have got a relation and she is a star. Working types, if that is what you are after.
sorry, just saw it was a bitch and you have found one, well done!

Funnily enough all eight were black too! I think their "breeder" ended up with 19 pups and couldn't find homes for them. Ending up at the lab rescue, where their future homes will be really vetted, is probably the best thing that could happen to them.

Good luck with your pup.
