Hi all,
Have just realised that my boys coat is suddenly looking very dull and dry after usually being very shiny and healthy-looking.
I haven't changed any of his feed and he's on the same supplements and I don't use any sprays or shampoos on him.
Was only wondering what could cause a sudden change in coat condition - it has suddenly become very, very hot over here (37/39 degrees during the day) and could this be a factor?
Also, what should I do to get back his shiny coat?

This is him a couple of weeks ago.

And this is him recently.

Pictures aren't great but they give the general idea :)

Brewers yeast!! Swear by it!

He still looks pretty shiny even in the second pic! But I would guess he's starting to shed - or about to. Mine were gleaming until this week but now the hairs are coming out they look a bit dull.

It could be but his coat is very, very thin already - he'll be bald soon :eep:

Pop a drop of oil in his feed.
I was thinking this as my yard offers a "vitamins and oil" feed package where they charge you per month and provide oil and vitamins in the feed - may be time to start!

Just buy it in the supermarket. Far cheaper.
