A friend of mine has just bought herself the most lovely tweed coat i've ever seen.. made by a company i've never heard of, but she said they're a kind of sister company to Dubarry, but i've looked on the dubarry website and can't find anything.. I've also looked down the list of stands/shops on the Burghely website, and they are not listed there..

Any ideas anyone?

Edit to add.. i'm talking about fashion tweed, not a riding jacket.

I bet you it's Ludlow of London (given that's who makes the stuff on the Dubarry website; especially that beautiful green & purple tweed double breasted coat *drools* which is even more gorgeous in the flesh having actually tried it on

They always have a stand at Hickstead so they'll definitely be at Badminton.

ETS: www.ludlowoflondon.com takes you straight to the Dubarry website now so maybe they've been taken over?

I've just googled them, and couldn't find anything like that..
Her's was a lovely green and pink double brested coat, quite short and fitted.. soooo smart!!!
I don't recognise the name.. think it had Friend in it. (could be totally wrong there tho)

I have one

(18th B-day pressie if it's the same one your talking about)

I adore it!!!!! They are a sister company to Dubarry called Liberty Freedom.

Oooo didn't see that one - that's rather nice too

It's still a Ludlow coat though (and it says it's got "signature ludlow x,y and z") -sounds like they've been taken over. Or having just googled, it says liberty freedom's main trade company IS Ludlow. So Ludlow = Liberty Freedom or vice-versa
