on the other hand! my 4 yr old is currently on box rest, I had no idea he was lame! I got the vet because he started rearing for no reason.
lame after flexion test, then looked short behind on the same leg, on the lunge!
He went in for a lameness work up and was found to be lame front and rear, and I never knew! He has 2 bone spurs and has had steroid injections to try and help, in hope that I can eventually ride him again one day! oh and the vet bill has just come in at £3k, not even including the last visit!
