This morning I discovered that my mare is lame. She is pointing her foreleg and is lame in trot. Not that this stopped her cantering across the field to me! Her foreleg is also trembling slightly. There is no heat or swelling in the leg or hoof. I've checked her hoof and given it a thorough clean but I can't find anything wrong. Thankfully the vet is coming out to us tomorrow anyway but does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?
