Abit of background... i've got an 8 year old ex racer who i've owned for just over a year. I've took him to a few 'parties' pc showjumping rallys etc and he was going really well. He was surposed to be going to camp this year but won't be doing now. I have plans to hopefully event him next year.
Recently he went from super chilled laid back guy to manic horse for no reason!!! He was attempting to throw me off everytime i rode him, he bucked and ran off on the lunge and became a general nightmare to exercise!
I thought something was wrong.. so had the vet. She said hes sound in a staight line but lame on a circle on the inside leg. Hes going next week for further tests.
I know I need to wait for the vet results to be sure but was just wondering if anyone had any experience of this? I bought him to jump, event and compete, as my pony is now only allowed to do light work and i obviously don't want 2 happy hackers!!
So anyone any ideas what it could possibly be?
