I seem to only really post self pity threads in here. Hmm.
Well. Squeak is lame.
We had a few days of non-lameness, in which she worked really well. We were only doing 5mins a day so light work to build her up then BOOM.
I had the vet, and I suspected it was in her shoulder (which she already has complications with) but she said it was in her feet.
Granted, they are a super odd shape. Really, really odd.
I remember her feet always being boxy and generally healthy.
The vet told us to bute her until the farrier came out, so we tried and it made little to no difference.
I've been walking her in hand since she went lame again, on a surface as she copes better. But generally to keep her ticking over and keep her thinking.
Now for the help I'm asking for
In your experience, what's the best hoof growing supplement and/or feed that you've come across?
Any suggestions would be fantastic as I really want to try and get her right asap.
Thanks in advance!
