Lameness / Danilon

What lameness's do not respond to danilon? Just out of interest? Horse is booked into vets for 2 days to do tests for EMS and lameness work ups next week. Been lame for 5 and a half months, off hind, no symptoms... now about 2 tenths lame.

Not possible to specify "which" lamenesses don't respond as the real question is how bad a lameness can be alleviated by bute/danilon? Bute is a mild pain killer and anti inflammatory and will never make a seriously lame horse sound but could mask a 1-2 tenth lameness but rarely anything more than that regardless if cause. Also depends on bute dose.

2 a day and no improvement. Fingers crossed his 2 days at the vets is going to give us some answers.
