Would you expect all horses to be totally sound lunged on concrete? I am asking as madam has been lame for a month. Started off lame on the straight, in the school turning (wherever). However, the only time I can actually see a noticeable lameness now is if lunged on the tarmac. Obviously as the is not something I would do with her, I am just wondering if I am over reacting. I was also reading an article from a vet that actually thinks doing this really doesn't serve a purpose in assessing lameness.
