Hey guys, this is a long story - sorry! My horse went lame around 11 weeks ago and was taken to the vets where nerve blocks isolated the lameness to the foot and x-rays showed that nails had penetrated the white line and there was visible bruising in the foot. He improved (lameness wise) around 50% over the next week, but for the past 10 weeks the lameness has persisted and hasn't continued to improve. At the moment he is around 1 or 2 out of 10 lame and on a circle the lameness shifts to the inside on both reins. He is going back to the vets for more tests next week but am sh***ing myself with worry at the mo not knowing what it is!! Any ideas???
