How long would you expect heat and swelling in serious lameness issue ie ligament /tendon.Brought horse in on wed and she was lame with swelling above inside fetlock.Today it is looking and feeling much better ,I have been cold hosing twice a day /danilon /restricted turnout /rest.
Im hoping she has only kicked herself the midges were really annoying her the other day.Would something more serious have improved this quickly.When my horse did his it was at least 10 days before we saw a improvement.
The vet is out on wed so she will be checked over before we consider working her.
