Lameness

My horse has a slightly offset lower jaw. It causrs her to hold her head cocked slighty to one side particularly if she is due a visit from the dentist. This then causes a 'lameness' on her left fore. Took me years to work out what it was!

funnily enough I have come across it. We had a horse come into my old yard who was an insurance write off due to bridle lameness. It turned out to be an abscess which kept reforming in his lower jaw.Once treated he came totally sound and had no further issues
