We have a Disco that's now coming to the end of its warranty so we'll have more options re getting work done on it.

The biggest issue is drop off and pick up so proximity to trains is probably essential.

Just wondering if anyone had a place they are particularly happy with that might fit the bill? I thought I'd at least explore my options. . .

We use www.whiteleyautos.co.uk in Sheerwater, not too far from Woking Station (walk able). I used to work in the same warehouse units and we still use them for our cars and 3.5 horse box and have always been happy with them.

Hi I take mine to Moonwhiz Garages in Ashtead as they specialise in land rovers and are 5 mins walk to Ashtead station in case that is anywhere near you.

That's the trick, I'm not! But it's the easiest "more rural" place for me to get to and I work a lot in the area so I'm just wondering if I'd be better off taking the LR to somewhere there rather than nearer home.

Thanks very much for the suggestions. I have a few more to investigate too, the next time it needs fixing. (It's a Disco, that shouldn't take long . . )
