Land & Stables - How much?

CV5 village location - 5 acres, 7 stables, tack room, barn for storage
running water, electric, roadside access

A friend has just bought a property with the land and stables but doesn't have any horses - how much would people pay to rent the above facilities, sorry I do not know about hacking etc

no arena.... £20-25 a stable? Bulk discount for one person?

No where to ride in (apart from field?), 5 acres to potentially 7 horses? I'd say £15pw per horse max.

Or as a package to one person £90pw/£360pm.

(I used to pay £360pm for 7 stables and 7 acres, no menage but great hacking)

I rent 3 stables with 4 acres. Includes water, elec, tack room and barn for storage. Own entrance. Elec fencing throughout. No menage :-( Very tidy though. I pay £200pcm. Theres 2 horses and 1 pony which is more than enough on 4 acres. Any more and we'd struggle for grazing. Winter field is looking pretty grim in places so I hope we can recover it next spring.

We were paying £400 for similar but with 4 stables and 10 acres. When we left they readvertised it and got £600!! Thames Valley area.
