Anyone have a rough idea of how much approx 1 acre of land with 1 small out building would cost on North Somerset?

There is water but no electricity, the out building is split into 3 good sized stables.

The land is rough, is flat, a slope then another flat area.

Don't know about Somerset; but there is a 1 acre paddock for sale here ( Leics) with water and no electric, no outbuildings, up for £17,000

Been for sale for a long time; Not big enough for a couple of horses, but would be ok for a couple of small ponies I would of thought.

thanks, i have no idea how much it would be worth.

We currently rent is as extra as well has having our horses on the main yard next door so size wise is doesnt matter.
