Langdean Rubber Matting

Has anybody got the above rubber matting- they sell on Ebay...

I need cheap rubber matting and this seems ideal.

You have it what do you think of it?

I would think it should be alright but don't go for any matting tyhat is thinner than about 17-18mm. I had some thinner stuff some time ago & it breaks up under the weight & twisting of a horse in the stable. 18mm matting can take the weight & wear.

I got some in August from them for my horse who had an operation - go for the 18mm stuff though - contacted them directly to buy rather than through ebay. We picked it up as it was cheaper. Also they say to have the bumps on the upper side but where he stands by the door it has worn away. Speaking to other supplies they say have the grooves upper most. Overall seems ok and certainly the cheapest I found.

Hi there, I got some last week, and though I don't have any long term usage data, it looks just as good as any other mats I've seen/used. The mats are thick and heavy, and we washed them with soapy water as soon as they were down to stop them being slippery, and the horses love them. One was damaged on arrival from being folded to fit in the delivery van, so we'll see how well they do with their customer services over that - they've been great so far though - no problems at all

Yes! I bought my matting from them, must be 5 years ago now.
They were the cheapest and the most helpful company i found. I have had more expensive light weight mats and they moved too much- these stay in place perfectly which is good as they do weigh a ton!

My bobble top has started to wear away in places but tbh i almost like that as its easier to sweep although sweeping is not a problem really you just need the right broom! I have found cheap household brooms (my last one was about £4 from Focus!) work brilliantly on them.

All the other stables at my yards mats have started to curl up a bit and get muck and bedding underneath but mine still look new everywhere other than just inside the door.

I would thoroughly recommend them!
