Secondly, when you say 'non commercially' are you not going to even rent out the facitlities? It is one of the best venues in the local area and I for one am very disssappointed we won't have shows there anymore or be able to make use of the facilities

thanks - very excited and can't wait to have my boys at home!

Burtie- unfortunately there are planning issues with the new arena and we have to apply for retrospective planning on it , the only way the NPA will grant it is if we agree to have it for personal use only so we have no option really. having said that i dont believe the site is big enough for commercial use anyway really and with my 4 horses coming and a baby on the way i think we'll be busy enough anyway!! lol

Grrr. Annoying NPA again! I was aware there where some issues as I am very local to you, but not sure what they were!
It does sound like you will have your hands full for a while so I can understand your decision. Good luck with the move and the baby.

Congratulations on your purchase.

Was Langford Farm the place with the big grass arena and wooden fencing around it? I've never been but my sisters went there for BN 2nd rounds I think. Looked nice on the video if it is the same place.
