Does anyone have one of these? I ordered one at Burghley and it fits beautifully everywhere except the neck, where it's seriously tight (will hardly do up). My horse has all his other rugs on the very tightest fitting around there, so i dont' think that he's exceptionally big-chested (he's also a skinny TB type).
Any ideas? Should I complain?
