Large yellow labrador found in Hertfordshire

I have just seen on a friend's Facebook page that a yellow labrador has been found in Welwyn area, and is being looked after by someone.

Apparently he has been seen wandering about for 5 days and is quite a vocal chap! No chip, no collar.

Bump. Hope he is reunited with owner soon although quite irresponsible not chipping.
Wonder if ran off from a shoot maybe?

Presume he has been picked by up wardens if someone has tried to check if he is chipped?
